Kevin Lutz
Operations & Production Manager
Kevin has worked in the landscaping/hardscaping industry for 7 years. He builds off a diversity of experiences, from working at a plant nursery to spending several years in pest control, to bring clients a well-rounded knowledge base great for anticipating issues and trouble-shooting existing problems.
Kevin excels at assessing client’s needs and providing solutions that not only accomplish what customers want, but often delights them as well.

Dave Fortney
Property Manager
As a native to Alexandria, Dave comes to Brookstein with more than 25-years’ experience in local commercial and residential groundskeeping and landscaping. His passion for working in the outdoors is apparent and has remained with him as he transitioned from owning and managing Fortney Lawn and Garden to serving as Brookstein’s field operator.
Dave’s focus is managing work crews, customer support, and ensuring projects meet the highest standards and the company’s service is unmatched.
