Entryway Stairs

I just wanted to say thanks to you and Corey for sending Joe Brookstein our way. The stairs look fantastic, but putting that aside for a moment, Joe's customer service was truly outstanding.

He returned all calls and emails promptly, was very patient with all of my questions, and was on site every day of the project to make sure things went smoothly.

The crew was great—efficient, hard working, patient and even wonderful about the kids asking them all sorts of questions about what they were doing.

The work site was spotless every day when they left, my neighbors even commented on it. The stairs look great. Joe and his team and their workmanship left a really good impression on us, and our neighbors too. We're thinking now we want him to do something with the back yard next year.
